[Notice] Discontinuation of the PromoPRNT Service

Thank you for using Star Micronics Cloud Services.

We have decided to discontinue the PromoPRNT service in phases and to end the service as of May 31, 2027.

May 31, 2027: End of service

For customers currently using the service 

After the end-of-service date, PromoPRNT will no longer be available.

If PromoPRNT printing is configured after the end-of-service date, please change or delete the printing schedule in advance. If the settings are not changed, printing may continue.

If you need to disable PromoPRNT printing after the end-of-service date, a network reset may be required, as configuration data may remain on the printer. Please refer to the online manual/FAQ for your product for instructions.

Please note that performing a network reset will also reset the printer registration to Star Micronics Cloud Services. If you use other services, please register the printer again.
