Our service allows shoppers to gather and store receipts digitally from various retail stores (retailers). While we do not ask you to provide us with your personal data in order to use our Site or our mobile app, we may have access to and collect your personal data if it appears on a receipt (such as, name, email address, telephone number, physical address and last 4 digits of your credit card, etc.). As discussed below, we only use this information to provide our services available through the Site and mobile app to you and our retailers. To Provide Products, Services, and Information. As described above, we collect and process your information from you so that we can provide the services available at our Site. We license and distribute the Shopper mobile app and we provide printer drivers, some Shopper data is stored and managed by us. When we use service providers, they may have access to your information in order to provide these services, but when this occurs we implement reasonable contractual and technical protections to limit their use of that information to helping us provide the service.
In addition to the sharing described elsewhere in this Policy, we will share information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Star Micronics when we have your consent to do so.

2-1. PERSONAL DATA
In this Policy, Personal data means any data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Personal data”). Star Micronics may collect and process personal data, including name, email address, telephone number, physical address and last 4 digits of your credit card etc. of a natural person in the EEA.

Star Micronics collect and processes personal data for the following purposes:
